This lovely Ethiopian has been our best seller so far and my personal favorite! Did you know that Ethiopia has some of the most identifiable coffee flavors in the world? This one is no different. The coffee is very light and delicate, almost tea-like, with a lot of citrus, as well as berry, apricot, and FLORAL flavors!
Taste Notes: apricot, citrus, floral, redcurrant
The thing I love most about Kenyan coffee is the syrupy texture that seems to coat my mouth every time I drink it. To me it's like sipping velvet from a cup. This Kenyan in particular is so sweet and fruity that when I have it in the morning it feels like I'm getting my juice and coffee at once.
Taste Notes: vanilla, florals, big fruit, sweet and citrus candy
Finca San Andres
El Salvador, 12oz
This is a really special coffee because of the unique way the cherry was removed from the bean before roasting. This method is called 'Honey Processing', and to me tasting this coffee is like eating a spoonful of brown sugar! My friends from England compared this one to a, "Boozy plum pudding..." Whatever that means
Taste Notes: brown sugar, bourbon, cinnamon, cocoa
